Private Classes
We will be happy to conduct on-site
classes in Spanish or English on the following:
- Organic Gardening
- Growing for Market
- Seed Saving
- Hand Pollination
- Gourd Growing and Crafting
- Raising Quail, Chickens and Rabbits
- Raising Goats and Making Cheese
All classes are 3 hours in length and
are limited to 15 or fewer participants. We charge $150.00 for the three hour class regardless of the number of
participants. All classes include seed samples and tasting opportunities.
The gourd class includes hands-on crafting materials . . . no tasting.

call well before your planned event as our schedule fills up quickly.
Presentations
Del Rio Botanical staff is
available for keynote and workshop presentation in English and Spanish on
the following topics:
- Organic Seed Production
- Hand Pollination
- Preserving Genetic Diversity
- Growing for Market
- Speciality Crops for Ethnic Markets
All presentations are designed for
growers and their English and Spanish speaking employees.
