TOUR and DINE
This year we are offering 4 different tour and dining options.
- Tour Del Rio Botanical and enjoy a variety
of goat cheeses with private label wine, approximately 3 hours, 25.00
per person minimum 10 maximum 30. (free for CSA
members)
- Tour Del Rio Botanical, milk Daisy the
goat, and make your own cheese to take home. Enjoy wine and cheese
tasting during the process, approximately 4 hours. $60.00 per person,
3 person minimum -10 maximum
- Tour Del Rio Botanical,
enjoy a 4 course lunch featuring Del Rio products with wine and beer,
approximately 3 hours. $45.00 per person 6 person minimum - 20 maximum
- Tour the trial fields and herb gardens of Del Rio Botanical,
enjoy a 5 course dinner featuring our fine vegetables, private label
wines, cheeses, select cuts of rabbit, quail, or goat, herbs, fruits
and teas. Tours start at 4:30 with appetizers and wine and dinner
finishes at approximately 9:00. $68.00 per person Minimum 6 - maximum

Sample
menu: Goat cheese and olive sampler-wine or beer tasting, Cucumber soup
with muffins- muscat, Trombocino Ribbons in Del Rio fig Balsamic
vinegrette-herbed water, Rabbit medallions with green beans, lemon basil
and herbs de Provence, goat choriso with oregano, parsley, and fennel,
stuffed baby eggplant and Nizza squashes-Del Rio Zinfandel, Fresh fruit,
short bread cookies, sweet cheese, nuts and Del Rio muscat wine.
